Highly Qualified Flightline Maintainers
The majority of the AVTECH personnel are retired United States Air Force maintainers with multiple years of experience in flightline operations. The other members of our team are separated USAF maintainers with at least five years of Department of Defense fighter jet operations experience, including current, fighter flightline experience. Our technicians include armament and avionics specialists.
This combination of experience and expertise has achieved exceptional results in the unique startup and continued Advanced Capabilities Pod (ACaP)/Angry Kitten (AK) sustainment, supporting the ACaP for over a combined 25 years (15 plus years at Nellis Air Force Base and over 10 years at 354th Fighter Wing at Eielson AFB).

Foreign Weapon Systems & Aircraft
AVTECH maintenance personnel have extensive experience working with various foreign weapon systems and aircraft, both during active duty assignments and over the last 15 plus years with AVTECH. All AVTECH personnel have fighter flightline maintenance experience, to include unique Aggressor support requirements and deployed operations support.
One of the senior AVTECH partners is a former 64th Aggressor Squadron Commander and 354th FW Operations Group Commander with extensive flightline maintenance supervisory experience. Senior partners have multiple years of experience in foreign materiel exploitation and acquisition. We understand flightline operations, flightline safety requirements, and unique Aggressor operations.
Several of our senior maintenance technicians are former flightline maintenance personnel working with foreign military aircraft. All of our “hands on” technicians have extensive ACaP/AK support experience, and military flightline experience at Nellis AFB and Eielson AFB.
