AVTECH Research Corporation is a rapidly growing service disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Henderson, Nevada. We provide the Secretary of the Air Force International Affairs (SAF/IA) 70 Air Employment Tactics, Technique, and Procedure (AETTPs) manuals annually to some 48 coalition partner nations flying MQ-9, F-15E, F-16, E/F-18, F-35, C-17, C-130, KC-46, EC-135, and AWACs. Our in-depth knowledge of fighter, airlift, coalition, space, air defense, and special operations is unmatched.

Description/Qualifications:
AVTECH Research Corp is looking for an F-15E, F-16, FA-18, F-35 subject matter expert (SME). Act as Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) and SME in regard to fighter tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), air-to-surface and air-to-air employment, and defensive systems. Must be familiar with AFTTP 3-1/3-3 publications. Duties will be to support AETTP production in a full-time capacity.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have an active Secret clearance with a completed investigation within the last 6 years or be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.

  • Must be able to attain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.

  • Must have a minimum of 1,500 hours experience in tactical fighter aircraft as a pilot or weapons system operator (WSO).

  • Must have experience as a multi-ship flight lead in tactical fighter aircraft.

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of military publications (Joint Publications, Air Land Sea Application).

  • Worked in an environment which required interaction with multiple functional areas and personnel of a diverse nature.

  • Use of Adobe Office Suite (i.e., Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe FrameMaker), Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent leadership traits, and strong oral and written communications abilities.

  • Be willing to support full-time in office work of 40 hours per week.

Preferred Skills and Education:

  • 1,500 hours experience in 4th and or/5th Generation tactical fighter aircraft as a pilot/WSO is highly desired.

  • Experience as an Instructor Pilot (IP) in 4th/5th Generation tactical fighter aircraft.

  • Experience with night vision systems, Litening/Sniper, Helmet Mounted Cueing, and the latest weapons inventory.

  • Fighter Weapons Instructor Course (FWIC); Top Gun: Weapons Tactics Instructor (WTI) Graduate.
